Guohua Smart's "Zhishu No.2" Fully Self-Developed Service Robot to Debut as Lead Guide at Qingdao Museum Ceramics Exhibition During May Day Holiday

Recently, the "Zhishu No.2" fully self-developed service robot, jointly launched by Guohua (Qingdao) Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Embodied Intelligent Industry Development Co., Ltd., has officially been deployed at the Qingdao Municipal Museum. During the May Day holiday, it will serve as the intelligent guide for the exhibition Kiln Fire and Ink: A Dialogue on the Millennial Color Spectrum of Chinese Ceramics, offering visitors a smart cultural experience powered by fully independent technology.

As a high-tech company dedicated to full-stack independent R&D—from core components to complete robotic systems—Guohua Smart leverages its self-developed technologies in harmonic reducers, servo systems, robotic joint modules, and other key areas to achieve full autonomy in public service robots. The robot deployed at the museum is equipped with an interactive module independently developed by Guohua Smart, enabling accurate navigation-guided interpretation, intelligent Q&A, and interactive guidance services.

On-site at the museum, the "Zhishu No.2" robot demonstrates outstanding performance: with its self-developed navigation algorithm, it achieves precise positioning and autonomous obstacle avoidance in complex exhibition environments. Through Guohua Smart’s proprietary voice interaction system, the robot engages visitors in natural, fluent dialogue, vividly narrating the historical stories behind cultural relics. This full-stack independent approach—from core components to integrated robotic systems—ensures not only operational stability but also lays a solid technical foundation for future functional upgrades and expanded application scenarios.

The deployment of the intelligent guide robot at Qingdao Municipal Museum represents a systematic implementation of Guohua Smart’s full-stack independent R&D strategy. From key components such as harmonic reducers and servo drives to highly integrated joint modules, and further to complete robotic systems and scenario-based applications, Guohua Smart relies on its wholly independent technological chain to achieve closed-loop development from core hardware to functional implementation in real-world settings.

Moving forward, Guohua Smart will continue to deepen its integrated "components–modules–complete robots–scenarios" independent R&D framework, promoting the large-scale adoption of public service robots in cultural tourism, public services, commercial sectors, and beyond. With robust underlying technology, the company aims to drive industrial upgrading, support the high-quality development of Qingdao’s AI and robotics ecosystem, and establish independently innovated intelligent robots as a core force in the city’s digital transformation.
